Interventions

Hypochlorous acid solution is the wound irrigation to clean the wound. ,Normal Saline solution is normally used to to clean the wound.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with second degree burn wounds covering burn more than 5% of total body surface area (TBSA), and had at least two burn sites that measured more than 50cm2 in area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: facial or electrical burns were excluded. immunocompromised (HIV positive), diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney or liver disease, cancer Allergic to any of the agents used in this study
