Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients aged 60 years and older who are admitted in general medical wards. 2.The patient can eat orally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Terminally ill or critically ill patients. 2.Patients hospitalized for procedures or special examinations. 3.Patients who are restricted from oral intake within 24 hours of hospital admission.
