Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.A patient with diabetes who has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and an average blood sugar level (HbA1c) greater than 7.5%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A patient with advanced cancer 2.A patient with chronic kidney disease requiring dialysis 3. A patient with cognitive impairment 4. A patient who is pregnant
