There are fifty patients who received treatment according to the standard, along with a thirty minute video-guide meditation one day before undergoing surgery. The videos used will be tested for quali
s readiness before starting the program.

18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Undergoing a non-emergency cesarean section (e.g., repeat cesarean, preterm breech delivery). 2 Able to understand and follow instructions in Thai. 3 Willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Emergency cesarean section. 2 History of severe psychiatric illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or depression. 3 Hearing or vision impairments. 4 Declines to participate.
