Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 clinically healthy status 2 moderate or severe crowding 3 no anti-inflammatory or antibiotics drugs use within one month prior to the study part 4 non-smokers 5 healthy periodontal tissues

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 history of systemic diseases 2 taken any medication 3 presence of salivary glands disorder.
