Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Men and women aged 20-45 years with a BMI of 25-29.9 2.Willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women, those planning to become pregnant, and/or those who are breastfeeding. 2.Smokers. 3.Individuals with chronic respiratory diseases or liver diseases. 4.Individuals with chronic conditions that affect appetite levels, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, cancer, depression, inflammatory gastrointestinal conditions, anxiety, stress, binge eating disorder, and anorexia nervosa. 5.Individuals taking medications that interact with grapefruit, including drugs for cancer treatment, diabetes management, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, lipid-lowering drugs, cardiovascular drugs, neurological medications, estrogen hormones, gastrointestinal medications, immunosuppressants, and urological drugs. 6.Individuals allergic to grapefruit or any components of essential oils.
