40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai women aged 40-60 years old 2.Natural or surgically induced menopause 3.Perimenopausal or early postmenopausal classified using STRAW+10 staging 4.Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed metabolic syndrome before menopause 2.Pre-existing liver disease, familial hypercholesterolemia, thyroid disorders, or autoimmune diseases 3.Use of medications affecting lipid metabolism or menopause (e.g., statins, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid hormones, NSAIDs, beta-blockers) within the past three months 4.Patients already receiving hormone replacement therapy
