Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to Phrapokklao Hospital, Chanthaburi Province, in the Medical ICU, diagnosed with pneumonia, aged 30 years and above. 2. Patients were treated using a ventilator, with the ability to breathe on their own, starting from CPAP mode and above, which means a machine that creates positive pressure with a constant flow rate. The patient exerted the force himself, determined the rhythm and breathing rate himself, and the patient switched to this mode for 24 hours or more. 3. Patients were able to listen and communicate with the researcher so that the patient could breathe according to the researcher's instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe respiratory problems or diseases such as patients with end-stage lung cancer, asthma, end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc. 2. Patients with respiratory and circulatory system disorders such as heart and blood vessel disease, ischemic heart disease, etc. 3. Vital sign changes of more than 20% from normal values, fever 4. Patients with immunodeficiency 5. Patients with chronic respiratory problems since birth
