Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 26 years. 2. Medically diagnosed physical disability qualifying for wheelchair tennis (e.g., spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis). 3. Previous experience in wheelchair tennis at a recreational, competitive, or professional level. Adequate cognitive ability to engage in episodic future thinking exercises (assessed through screening). 4. Ability to provide informed consent for participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of significant cognitive impairments. 2. Diagnosis of severe psychiatric conditions. 3. Medical conditions that may interfere with study participation. 4. Lack of involvement in wheelchair tennis.
