Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Singleton pregnancy - Maternal age of 18 years or greater - GA between 11 and 13+6 weeks (based on a well-defined last menstrual period or CRL from ultrasound scanning)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Major fetal structural anomalies detected on either the first or second-trimester ultrasound scan - Prenatally diagnosed chromosomal abnormalities - Loss to follow-up or inability to complete the second-trimester scan - Refusal to participate in the study
