8 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Having a diagnosis of ADHD 2. Falling between the ages of 8 and 12 3. Not having previously taken any psychiatric medications other than those for ADHD 4. Lacking a history of severe bodily ailments 5. Being happy to take part in the study 6. Having no prior history of mental disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Practicing the exercises sporadically for a month (exercises should be done everyday and on a regular basis) 2. Not wanting to carry out more study.
