Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient, age less than 5 years old 2. presented with first episode of wheezing 3. admitted in the pediatric ward of Ramathibodi Hospital 4. Receive parental consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known diagnosis of asthma, recurrent wheezing, chronic lung disease 2. Allergic to epinephrine, budesonide 3.Deny consent from parent
