Interventions

Participants will be provided with a self-made microwavable hot pack, accompanied by detailed instructions for its use, recommending a daily application of 20 minutes. Additionally, a neck stretching

20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20-55 years old 2. Chronic neck pain onset at least 3 month 3. Average pain score during last week between 3-6/10 by Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) 4. Work in office at least 4 hours a day 5. Have a microwave at home 6. Consent to terms and condition in participating the reseach

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neck pain associated with inflammatory, hormonal, and neurological disorders or structural deformity in the upper extremities 2.Neck pain related to previous surgery 3.Neck pain with radiculopathy 4.Severe referred pain 5.Impaired sensation 6.Communication problems 7.Severe psychological disorder; or pregnancy 8.Skin diseases 9.No vacation leave planing within 2 weeks 10.Under anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anticoagulant, muscle relaxant, or other pain medication use, massage or physiotherapy 1 week before the study commenced
