Changes in right ventricular function pre and post repair congenitial heart disease

Interventions

Patients who suit with inclusion criteria and will undergo echocardiogram pre-operative and post-operative 1 month and 6-12 months assessment of right ventricular function.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had systemic to pulmonary shunt with evidence of PAH-CHD on the cardiac catheterization including mPAP > or = 20 mmHg, PAWP < or = to 15 mmHg and calculated PVR >2WU or > or = to 3 WUm2 2. Patients who had ystemic to pulmonary shunt with evidence of PAH-CHD on echocardiography including mPAP > and = 20 mmHg, tricuspid regurgitation velocity > 2.8 m/s

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with single ventricle 2. Patients with left side heart disease
