Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 65 and 85 years 2.Meets the criteria for frailty in older adults Mini Mental State Examination score greater than 24 and Montreal Cognitive Assessmentscore less than 26 3.Subjective complaints of cognitive decline but remains independent in daily living activities. 4.No other systemic diseases such as stroke or Parkinson disease Able to walk independently for more than 10 meters without using any assistive devices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of epilepsy. 2.Past or current history of non-superficial tumors or malignant tumors. 3. Any orthopedic conditions that may affect this experiment. 4. History of psychiatric disorders (within the past five years
