18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years and older 2. Present clinical evidence of acute UGIB 3. Stable hemodynamics

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of gastric or upper GI surgery 2. Known allergy or contraindication to erythromycin 3. Pregnancy 4. Use of prokinetic agents within 24 hours 5. Unstable hemodynamics 6. Scheduled for emergency EGD in 2 hours
