Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who diagnosed of primary OA both knee and scheduled to undergo one-stage bilateral TKA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous knee surgery Previous infection Secondary OA knee Allergic to medication use in the study Skin lesion that precludes PNB
