Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-85 years 2. Diagnosed COPD according to GOLD guideline 3. Spirometry showed no reversibility within 12months 4. Acute exacerbation of COPD requiring hospital admission
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pH < 7.25 2. Respiratory rate > 30 breaths/min 3. SpO2 < 92% while receiving simple nasal cannula </= 3 L/min 4. Impaired level of consciousness or uncooperate 5. Active cardiovascular problem such as hypotension, acute coronary syndrome, or malignant arrhythmia 6. Receiving noninvasive ventilation 7. Contraindication for performing impulse oscillometry 8. Allergy to salbutamol 9. Deny to participate
