Healthy condition functional drink

Interventions

Two hundred volunteers receive a functional drink of soy milk containing the combined extract of Vietnamese coriander and mulberry leaves (MUVITA) for 1 months.

20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male and female volunteers aged 20 to 70 years 2. Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) scores were slightly or higher 3. Able to communicate, read and write in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have chronic diseases that require continuous medication, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, lung disease or allergies, liver disease, kidney disease, immune deficiency 2. People with a history of or are being treated for psychiatric symptoms by a modern doctor 3. Use immunosuppressive drugs or general antibiotics in the 1 week before joining the project 4. People with a history of soy milk allergy 5. Use caffeine and/or alcohol regularly, more than 5 cups per day 6. Smoke more than 10 cigarettes per day 7. Pregnant, planning to have a child in the next 6 months, or breastfeeding 8. Currently participating in other projects
