18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old or older 2. Having at least 10 teeth in the oral cavity 3.Having at least 2 active caries exhibiting dentin decay lesions classified as International Caries Detection and Assessment System (ICDAS) level 4 or higher, 4. DMFT index of 3 or higher. 5. Not having braces or removable dentures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having underlying systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus or significant systemic conditions 2. Having a history of allergy to chlorhexidine, aloe vera, garlic, onions, or tulips. 3. Having treatment with antibiotics within the past 3 months. 4. Pregnancy or lactation 5. Alcoholism
