Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who diagnosed OA knee and underwent TKA under spinal anesthesia and recieved either intrathecal morphine with adductor canal block or distal femoral triangle block combined distal adductor canal block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous knee infection Previous knee surgery Secondary OA opioid torelance Major depressive disorder
