Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stable central metatarsal neck or shaft fractures (transverse or short oblique fracture without comminution) with displacement 4mm or more or angulation 10degrees or more 2. Acute fracture within 7 days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated fractures (other bones or Lisfranc's injury) 2. Patient that deny to surgery
