Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Surgery-first group 1. Patients who had a plan for combined surgical and orthodontics treatment with surgery-first technique (tooth levelling not exceed 4 months), 2. Skeletal Class III malocclusion, 3. Full dentition (except third molars and premolar extraction for orthodontic purpose), 4. No congenital cranial malformations or syndromes, Conventional group 1. Patients who were undergoing combined surgical and orthodontics treatment with conventional technique, already in pre-surgical orthodontic phase, and had a plan for surgical treatment during the study period, 2. Skeletal Class III malocclusion, 3. Full dentition (except third molars and premolar extraction for orthodontic purpose), 4. No congenital cranial malformations or syndromes, Control group 1. Healthy volunteers who were randomly recruited from undergraduate dental students at the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, 2. Full dentition (except third molars), 3. Skeletal Class I normal bite, 4. Not allergic to peanuts, 5. No symptomatic TMD according to the assessment protocol of Schiffman et al. (2016), 6. No congenital cranial malformations or syndromes, 7. No history of orthodontic treatment, 8. No history of orthognathic surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had orthognathic surgery plan with multi-segmented osteotomy, 2. Patients who were allergic to peanuts, 3. Patients with symptomatic TMD according to the assessment protocol of Schiffman et al. (2016), 4. Patients who were not willing to participate in the study
