After bipolar implants were fixed, 30 mg of ketorolac and 40 mg of 0.5% marcaine were infiltrated into the soft tissues surrounding the hip (e.g., short external rotators, gluteus muscles, and labrum)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 60 years old or more 2.femoral neck fractures whose requiring bipolar hemiarthroplasty
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.multiple traumas 2.pathological fractures 3.previous ipsilateral femoral neck fractures 4.chronic kidney disease (stage IV or higher) 5.allergies to pain modulators 6.non-ambulatory status
