Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged 18 years with an apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) 15 events/h, as determined by diagnostic PSG. Exclusion criteria included patients with severe or unstable medical conditions, such as recent myocardial infarction or stroke, and those who declined CPAP therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe underlying diseases whose conditions are unstable, such as ischemic heart disease, stroke, or epilepsy. Patients who refuse treatment with CPAP therapy.
