Conditions

All kidney transplant patients who receive everolimus as maintenance immunosuppressive therapy in transplant center of Chiang Mai University hospital. Chronic allograft complications, Everolimus, Intrapatient variability, Kidney transplantation

Interventions

We included all kidney transplant patients who receive EVR as maintenance immunosuppressive therapy in our transplant center. It is estimated that minimum of 100 patients will be achieved.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age >18 years old at the time of transplant - Both living-related and deceased-donor kidney transplant patients - Receive EVR as maintenance immunosuppressive therapy for at least 3 months and have EVR C0 levels for at least 3 values

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Biopsy-proven acute or chronic allograft rejection prior to receive EVR
