Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 6-18 years 2. patient who was diagnosed with Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) 3. Has not been treated with EMTT for the last 3 months 4. VAS score greater than or equal to 3 or pain when palpate and move 5. most pain in lower extremity 6. receive standard treatment form rheumatologist
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. previous surgery in affected joint 2. infection, mass, tumor, or trauma in affected joint 3. not cooperate in EMTT
