Conditions

Professional nurses are considered to have important roles in closely caring for patients. However there is a shortage of professional nurses, especially in government hospitals where turnover rates are high. Therefore, studying factors affecting organizational commitment is important to develop guidelines for creating sustainable bonds. This will have a positive impact on both the quality of patient care and the sustainability of the organization. Commitment, Nurse, Public Hospitals, Bangkok
