Evidence supports fast-track programs for hip fracture management, but data on their effectiveness in Thailand is limited. Our hospital implemented the Hip Fracture Fast Track (HFFT) Program in 2022 to optimize care. However, its actual impact has not been systematically evaluated. Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip fracture patients aged 65 years or older, 2. Admit to the hospital from January 2020 to Febuary 2025
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inadequate or missing information in database, 2. Patients diagnosed with a pathological fracture, 3. Patients who sustained multiple injuries or fractures.
