Age
20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male with age 20-55 years 2. body mass index; BMI = 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 3. running at least 2 times/week more than 12 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have Yes for 1 answers in Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire Plus : PAR-Q+ 2. have cardiopulmonary disease 3. have sign and symptoms of cardiopulmonary disease 4. have musculoskeletal deformity 5. drink caffeine with 12 hours and/or alcohol and/or cannabis within 24 hours before test 6. have abnormal vital sign such as blood pressure> 140/90 mmHg., heart rate>100 beat per minute, respiratory rate > 20 breath/minute, body temperature > 37.5 Celsius
