Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 7 years old 2. Ultrasonographic diagnosis of ileocolic intussusception by radiology residents or a pediatric radiologist 3. Guardian consent to participate in the research project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of pneumoperitoneum in abdominal radiographs reviewed by a pediatric radiologist 2. Sign of peritonitis from physical examinations determined by surgeons 3. Unstable vital signs for age groups
