Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged 18-65 years who treated sepsis for more than 48 hours with normal vital signs and no signs and symptoms associated with SIRS criteria and no symptoms and signs of multiple organ dysfunction according to SOFA or qSOFA criteria. 2. Patient aged 60 years and over after taking the Mini cog test and receiving a score greater than or equal to 3 again. 3. Patient had a Barthel score of at least 9 in the 2 weeks prior to admission. 5. Able to communicate by speaking, reading, and writing Thai, no color blindness. 4. Doctor has approved the patient's participation in the program. 5. The patient or caregiver has a smart phone and can use the LINE application.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has fractures of the limbs that impede physical movement, such as Parkinson's disease, stroke. 2. Pregnant patients. 3. Patients with head injuries, burns, and spinal injuries. 4. Patients diagnosed by a doctor with a psychiatric disorder, such as severe schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or a history of psychotic illness that manifests as violent behavior and mood swings. 5. Patients with conditions that should not exercise, such as unstable heart disease, fatigue or weakness, and patients with cognitive problems, such as post-stroke.
