Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of PCOS( International Evidence-based Guideline, 2023 ) with or without IGT ( 75 gm OGTT) 1.Age 18-45 years 2.BMI below 25 kg/m2 3.Abnormal uterine bleeding 4.No any hormonal treatment or metformin within 3 months 5.Negative UPT testing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of endometrial hyperplasia or endometrial carcinoma 2.Cervical lesion or pathology: cervical stenosis, cervical dysplasia, CIN, cervical cancer 3.Cannot obtain endometrial tissue by endometrial sampling devices 4.Patients who have bleeding tendency or use anti-coagulants or antiplatelet
