Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (more than or equal 20 years) 2. Diagnosed with sepsis or septic shock based on the Sepsis3 criteria within 24 hours of diagnosis 3. Requiring continuous blood pressure monitoring via an arterial line catheter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) >= 40 kg/m2 or inability to fit the finger cuff 2. Significant motion artifacts due to conditions such as delirium or Parkinson's disease 3. Peripheral arterial occlusive disease, Raynaud phenomenon 4. severe peripheral edema (grade 3 or above) 5. Pregnancy 6. Inability to maintain non-invasive monitoring due to ongoing treatment
