Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Degenerative Lumbar spine 2. level L2-S1 3.surgery via a lateral approach
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who underwent both indirect decompression and direct decompression during the same surgical session 2 Patients who required reoperation or intervention at more than 1 year after the initial procedure 3 Patients who required reoperation or intervention due to infection or tumors.
