Conditions

Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction ( HFrEF) Heart failure with mildly reduced ejection fraction ( HFmrEF) ABPM, HFrEF, HFmrEF

Interventions

Group with HFrEF and HFmrEF confirmed by echocardiogram or other assessments including cardiac MRI, nuclear scan, left ventriculogram with LVEF less than 50% within 1 year of enrollment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years 2 Diagnosed of HFrEF or HFmrEF ( LVEF<50%) who optimized with foundation therapy 3 Consent to perform ABP monitoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate or more degree of primary valvular heart disease 2. Complex congenital heart disease 3. Advanced stage of liver or kidney disease 4. Contraindication to foundation therapy ( RAASi, Beta blocker, MRA, SGLT2i)
