Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years old or above. 2. Had MetS at least three months without complications based on a new MetS criterion (Dobrowolski et al., 2022) 3. Be able to communicate using the LINE application. 4. Ability to communicate in Thai. 5. Willingness to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who performed the self-efficacy enhancement program less than 80 percent. 2. Participants are admitted to the hospital due to MetS complications during the research. 3. Participants declined or withdraw from the study.
