Interventions

The Brief Motivational Interviewing Telelactation (Brief MI-TL) program is a breastfeeding consultation based on the brief MI concept. It includes six sessions from the third trimester to five months

Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years and older 2. Being a primiparous pregnant woman in the third trimester (gestational age 32-38 weeks) 3. Having to return to work after maternity leave or before 4. Able to understand the Thai language (speaking, reading, and writing) 5. Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Score (EPDS) less than 11 points 6. Have normal nipple anatomy and good health status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers have uncontrol underlying conditions that might affect the baby at birth and postpartum (Gestational diabetes Mellitus: GDM, Severe hypertension, hyperthyroidism, or thyroid storm symptoms) 2. Mothers have severe stress, ST-5 stress test score greater than or equal to 8 points, or a 2-question (2Q) depression screening score of 1-2 points during the antenatal period. 3. Mothers have medical indications for breastfeeding, such as being infected with HIV or having been found to have used drugs during and after childbirth.

Then count the number of dates that mothers provide breast milk only for the baby.,Breastfeeding rate 1 week, 6 weeks, 3, 5, and 6 months postpartum WHO-24-hour recall question and calculate the prevalence of EBF and non-EBF
