SILK FIBROIN BASED TULL DRESSING MATERIAL WILL BE APPLIED OVER THE AVULSED FACIAL WOUND PATIENTS AND WILL BE CHANGED ONLY IF THE DRESSING GAUZE IS WET TILL 3 WEEKS.,PARAFFIN TULL DRESSING MATERIAL WIL

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group of 20-70 years with avulsed wound cases where primary closure is not achievable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients allergic to either paraffin or silk. Patients with a familial history of scar or keloid. Any other comorbidities or under medication of steroid or anticoagulant therapy or antiplatelet drugs
