Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tibial plateau fracture patient that need for surgery age more than 18 years old 2. Schatzker I-VI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with peripheral vascular disease 1. Patient with history of previous knee surgery 2. Patient with open fracture more than Gustily type III 3. Patient with knee dislocation 4. Patient with multiple fractures of the same extremity done in single operation 5. Patient who cannot do follow up at MRNH 6. Patient with cognitive impairment 7. Patient who are using anticoagulants
