Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 2.Septic shock 3.Insert central venous catheter and arterial line 4.Not voluntary
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy 2.Hypothermia (<35c) 3.Peripheral artery disease 4.Cirrhosis child b,c Both lower limb amputation Expect dead within 24 hr
