Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. They had to be pre-older adults aged 50-59 years, residents of Prachin Buri Province 2. They voluntarily participated in the program for the entire 5 weeks and committed to performing home-based exercises for three months. 3. They met baseline fitness levels, as assessed by a preliminary physical fitness screening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of surgery before the start of the exercise program or those with underlying medical conditions, such as heart disease or asthma, that would hinder their participation in performing the exercise program.
