Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Skeletal Class II and skeletal Class III malocclusion who were recruited for orthognathic surgery (1 jaw and 2 jaws surgery) 2. Condition of patients is suitable for SFOA and COA treatment plan. 3. Patients age more than 18 years with complete bone growth. 4. Normal BMI 5. Fully dentate patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of previous orthodontic treatment or orthognathic surgery or trauma to the jaw bones 2. Patients with history of craniofacial syndromes 3. Patients present with any respiratory diseases.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life score before surgery 1 month, after surgery 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year OQLQ-22 and OHIP-14 questionaires

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
overjet before surgery 1 month, after surgery 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year overjet is measured on lateral cephalometric radiograph.,Area of occlusal contact before surgery 1 month, after surgery 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year polyvinyl siloxane occlusal registration material is injected on the occlusal surface of patients and scanning process is run to obtain the bite image for calculating the area of occlusal contact ,Facial contour angle before surgery 1 month, after surgery 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year Facial contour angle is measured on lateral cephalometric radiograph.
