Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai psoriasis patients, 2. patients not using artificial nails, 3.A single nail lesion and not a lesion from other diseases, 4.Not receiving medication or underlying disease that causes brittle nails, 5.Not taking supplements/vitamins/medicines that affect nail strength. Inclusion criteria2: 1. healthy individuals with normal nails aged 20 to 60 years, 2. Nail strength of the index, middle, and ring fingers on both hands
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Do not cooperate in the research, 2.Intending to withdraw from the study or having a reason to withdraw from the study.
