Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age more than 18 years. 2. Patients with complete outcome data in CORE-Thailand registry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients enrolled under insurance types other and the Civil Servant Medical Benefit Scheme (CSMBS), the Social Security Scheme (SSS), and the Universal Coverage Scheme (UCS)
