Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-90 years, 2.Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for more than 1 year, 3. Able to walk and stand independently without the use of assistive devices
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 diabetes and other types of diabetes, 2. History of fragility fractures, 3. Diagnosed with osteoporosis or receiving treatment for osteoporosis, 4. Chronic kidney disease stage 4-5 (eGFR less than 30 ml/min/1.73m2), 5. Chronic liver disease, 6. Gastrointestinal malabsorption, 7. Active malignancy, 8. Rheumatoid arthritis, 9. Autoimmune diseases, 10. Illicit drug users, 11. Non-consenting individuals, 12. Patients with fatigue, balance, or mobility issues that risk falling during testing, 13. Patients contraindicated for Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)
