Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years 2. Patients who come to ED, KCMH, with chest pain and attending physicians decide to order hs-troponin I testing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ST-elevation AMI 2. terminal kidney failure on chronic dialysis
