Inclusion criteria: Displace fracture distal fibular, Weber A, Weber B

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fracture 2. Multiple trauma patients 3. Nonunion and malunions of the lateral malleolus 4. pilon fractures 5. Open ankle joint injury 6. Previous surgery around ankle 7. Osteoporosis
