Eligibility

Sex/Gender
Male
Age
18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male athletes such as football, basketball or futsal player; 2. Who has the experience competing at the university level for at least one year; 3. BMI at 18.5-22.9 kg/m2; 4. Who had experience to practice for 1.5 hour/day at least 3 days/week, 3 months consecutively; 5. No kinesiotape allergic; and 6. No chronic ankle sprain on dominance leg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Visual impairment or poor balance; 2. Cardiopulmonary problems; 3. Chronic low back pain or orthopaedic problems at lower extremities for 6 months; 4. muscle strain for 3 months; 6. ligament sprain at grade three; 7. knee meniscus tear
