Age
40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 40-80 years; 2) First-ever subcortical ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke of the MCA within 1 to 6 months ; 3) Right-handedness ; 4)Mini-mental state examination scores (MMSE more than 23/30); 5) Independent sitting for at least an hour; 6) Able to reach-to-grasp at least once; 7) Able to communicate and follow the instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other diseases affecting on upper limb function (other neurological problems such as brain tumours and brain injury, and other musculoskeletal problems); 2) Contraindications of TMS and tDCS; 3) Pain during RTG ; 4) Visual disorders limiting the ability ; 5) Global aphasia; 6) Ideomotor apraxia; 7) Received tricyclic anti-depressants, neuroleptic agents, and other drugs that affected decreased seizure threshold; 8) History of receiving non-invasive brain stimulation within the washout period
